How do I reset my password for the Network Portal?

Forget your password? As long as you know the email address you used to set up your account, you are able to reset your password right from the sign in screen! 

Step 1: Visit www.ltcah.com and click on Member Log. 

Step 2: Click Sign In in the upper Left Hand corner 

Step 3: Click on Forgot Password

Step 4: Enter the email you used to create your account and click Send Reset Email 

Step 5: Check your email- the reset email comes from No-Reply@ltcah.com.  If you don't received in 20 mins, please email Team@ltcah.com.  Please note this maybe in your spam folder. 

Click Reset Password

Step 6: Create a new password.  Please note all passwords must be 8 characters long and include lower and uppercase letters, a number and a symbol.
